This is more of a philosophical question. People today understand some people have external advantages over others. Better parents, better school, more money. So people understand that it is unfair for someone from a disadvantaged background to be expected to compete with someone from an advantaged background. But it seems as if that is not extended to genetics. Is it fair for people to compete with someone with superior genetics. Isn't that what capitalism is about. Competition between people. * +

Yes its fair. Small markets compete with big ones all the time. The trick is finding a way to gain the advantage. And thats the point advancing ones self, one's company, one's species. However there will always be the exception. Imoa * +

I'm just surprised there's not more discussion on this. It's obvious that some people are just better than you in almost every way. They're smarter, they're stronger, they're faster. They have more energy. I'm surprised not more people have said, this isn't fair, I won't complete with you, go compete with people your own size. * +

Come on kimmy. You want to tell me you don't know people that are just better than you, full stop. The people that wake up at 5 in the morning, go to gym, get to work, outdo everything you can do, faster than you. And are also studying for their masters degree after work. You can't be judged next to someone like that. You can't choose your parents can you. You can't choose your genetic stock. * +
