Ok so according to the story God made Adam and Eve, told them not to eat from a particular tree, and they did. And something about a snake too.

If God is all knowing and all wise, why did he put a tree in reach that they weren't supposed to eat from in the first place.

And if he is all knowing and all wise, he knew what would happen, so in a way he made it happen, he knew it would and he didn't stop it.

Then he punishes billions of innocent people over this for eternity.

Fair? Or a bit crazy, nasty, and over the top? * +
