Many people here blame Islam for the justifications for suicide bombing or terrorism. Here's the verdict coming from the sect that are considered most strict or extreme in this regard and they place jihad on highest level. * +

Suicide attacks are condemned by every sect in Islam, and declared doomed to hell, let alone the promise of 72 virgins. Havn't met a single one justifying this or even saying this as jihad. I just dont see, what version of Islam terrorists have pulled out, or whom they are following. * +

Extremists still use Islam to justify their actions though. Sitting back and denying it is part of the reason why Islam wont get much respect in the world. * +

I admit there are some other forms of extremism as well, that some try to justify. I dont deny, extremists interpret Islam in some way to justify their actions, but killing themselves isn't justified anywhere. * +
