In the new testament it says anything eaten with thanksgiving is acceptable. The only thing we should not eat anything strangled or offered to idols. 1 timothy 4:4 and acts 21:25. But the bible also says use wisdom in all things so if their is a health reason to watch your diet or you want to live a healthier life style which is wise and some like me don't really use that wisdom * +

The bible says we are the temple of the living GOD and says to present ourselves an acceptable sacrifice. 1 corinthian 6:19 and romans 12:1 *
