The Holy Quran. it prescribe u what to eat n what not to eat, to stay healthy bodily, mind n spirit. it says abt the importance of cleanliness n hygene too. * +

just read chapter Surah al-Maidah forinstance, there are everywhere infact in The Holy Quran n alot of other chapters too, on how dealings in business ie no taking interest, deal justly etc- this for spiritual is good. * +
