right the upshot of it is he will have to live with the cancer they wnt gv him chemo coz he has a good quility of life n the chemo could kill him the wnt operate coz that could also kill him his age being the main factor so they r putting a tube in thats to be kept in will help him eat better n not be in pain it also stops the food touching the cancer so it wnt be going in2 his stomache he will be gettn closely monitored tho to c if its spreading n then if it does take it from there so by not o * +
