The killer got past the good guys with guns ie. trained cops, outside the school. He shot 2 of them. The rest chose to stand outside the school for almost an hour while those children were being shot in a classroom because they felt scared and out-gunned by one man with one rifle. They couldn't take him down and yet your suggestion is to arm the teachers? Not ban the weapon that stopped even the police in their tracks?

I mean if you think that makes any sense and it's *your position that isn't the political one, so be it. This thread isn't going to change anything but maybe think a bit more on it.
