There's a very short video in the link of him saying stuff about a chip but it's not one that provides any sort of context explaining what he said or why he was saying it. Nothing else that the accompanying article says can be confirmed from that video. Is there a full length video of the whole speech/talk/interview or whatever it was that cherrypicked clip was taken from? * +
