I've been to Stonehenge but not for a solstice, I think i'd rather visit Callanish if I was going to do that. The evidence suggests Stonehenge was actually constructed for the purposes of observing the ancient ritual celebrations surrounding the winter solstice, which were of much more importance to the people who built it than the summer solstice was. * +

Great bands Ozric Tentacles are fu*king awesome.

Are they still going? Some of the members of Ozric Tentacles started an offshoot project called Eat Static in the 90's, which was still going as recently as 2-3 years ago. * +
