The other night I dreamt beauty standards will get even more intense in the future, so much so that 'inner beauty' will become a whole new plastic surgery industry where they replace your internal organs with prettier silicone organs.

Two things I really need:
1. Some hair implants on this beardless area near my chin.
2. Cellular meat cells from stem cells or whatever, or fat implant, whatever's possible to fix my left index finger tip. Can't play guitar/violin because of that. (Most important of the two) * +

Got fu*ked up by a doctor when i was in the 8th grade (finger was swollen from a door injury).
Maybe fillers will work (though I doubt that'll work).
It hurts a botch whenever I press down on it, hence the impossibility of playing with the frets on a guitar/violin.
It's hard on that part. Funny sensation.
Tried rubber thimbles and latex glove fingerlets. Neither works.
