So Russia is allied with Iran. Iran sells military drones and missiles to Russia and are intrinsically connected with Hezbollah and Hamas but now Russia is being attacked by ISIS(apparently ISIS-K, their Afghan branch) for supporting Israel's enemies. So, with ISIS now going to bat for the Israeli side, then surely that means that Israel is now allied with ISIS? * +
