Tendonitis in my wrist,repetitive strain injury I was signed off work for a total of 6 weeks,the only cure is rest. Then physio to strengthen the tendons and surrounding area. Luckily it has not happened again,I couldnt even pick up a cup of tea without dropping it.

Yes, I can totally relate to the not being able to pick up a cup of tea without dropping it. The weakness that it causes in your arms is unreal. * +
