Subject: The worst websites ever!

BT.co.uk ... The worst site I've used. It's unreliable and buggy. Comes up with errors when you try to login and when you finally login causes errors when you try to change your phone contract or buy a new wifi router. Also the BT Yahoo site dosent work. well done BT for the s**ttest website in history * +

i second that had lots probs with bt,my bill showed double what it was contacted them they said it was a fault it stayed like it for 6 weeks they couldnt fix it got passed from dept to dept was told not to pay it till it was sorted then got charged for late payment lmao in the end i said im going to a diff provider hey presto it was fixed in 30mins.Then i saw on the site it was charging me 26 pound for 2 mobile sims i never had pmpl and the bt guy i spoke to said 'bt won award for best site app' think he meant worst * +
