My kid went several hours of her first day without milk, and the nurses didn't wake up until a night shift nurse came in and went ballistic, despite us giving hourly updates through the day that she couldn't feed. And this was a reputedly switched-on hospital.

Dont underestimate the incompetence. This was several years ago. Now, i dread to think. * +
