I don't want capsules in my food. I , you and everyone needs to eat garlic and then nobody smells it.
Thats just my biased opinion.

I can fully appreciate people smelling foods then if like / dislike, It's impressesed in their mind they dont like or love.

I just love garlic.

I don't eat any animal meat, but a really do like the smell of bacon cooking.

I ate two bulbs of raw, finely grated garlic yesterday.

Very potent stuff and seemed as hot as chilli.

Had some garlic powder too. *
