It has yeah. An occasional flare up every once in a blue moon but for the most part it's sorted. * +

It's not flat feet or sunken bridges or even muscles. It's the tendons that connect from the toes to the heel. Sometimes they get inflamed, so anti-inflammatories help. Sometimes it gets a little tear in, that's more painful. Go to a chiropodist or podiatrist (foot specialist), they can do a very simple, very quick, minimally invasive procedure to release the pressure on the tendons.
