I thought liverpool was higher but just googled it and your right, but i seen on the news the other day liverpool was just under a 1000 out of a 100k, now suddenly its 608 odd, not far off what we are here at 582 , so now im confused, but boris did say that part of the reason liverpool is in tier 3 is the amount of people in hospital there is way more than other places and theres a chance itll overwhelm the trust * +
