for 320kbps (best quality MP3s) or lossless codecs a torrent site is probably best. but you can't access any without a VPN, proxy or similar.

if you have a Smartphone or pc maybe try search for a youtube downloader App then choose save video or mp3 etc from the results of things you searched for * +
