still a few weeks till our clocks go forward 30th march, i usually end up with a kind of jetlag from it

That's kinda the effect it has on some people. You can start like four days before by putting your clock 15 minutes forward each day so you can adjust gradually. * +

I havnt got a clue think ours go forward next month few year back I forgot and went a few days goin on the wrong time

Ha, I went to work late one morning from my old phone not updating and following regular time when the clock sprang forward. Was pose to be there for 8, got there at 9.. * +
