It's a Garmin Vivoactive HR. It's very accurate and has full GPS tracking.
That face is just one download from Garmin. I like it as it's got a lot of information on one screen without swiping to the others.
I've managed to crack the current glass screen protector through wearing it whilst doing building jobs. * +

I never count my steps. I just listen to my body intuitively. When it has enough, you'll know it has enough. Then you walk past that point a little bit more everyday. It's like breaking tiny plateus. * +
