believe it or not, years ago i was driving an old london bus, the type with a conductor. I was driving up past harrods in knightsbridge. when a police car did a starsky and hutch style stop right in front of me. 3 cops jumped out and shouted at me not to move the bus. This is the problem with split-rim alloys. Cleaning between the rim bolts. I'm gonna have to find something for this. Maybe countersunk bolts into a pressure ring. Or something. * +

I can see what's happened, here. Someone's laid a ton of toilet paper all around the toilet seat, in an effort to not have to touch it. And then ran out of toilet paper.
Realising they then have nothing to wipe their asre with, they've then aborted the project and moved to another cubicle.
What the actual fk is wrong with people? This is the cleanest toilet in Britain. This must just be habit.
