If you boarded a flight and the captain and co pilot introduced themselves and they were both female would you feel a little bit nervous?

Since there are relatively few women in STEM, and they tend to get fast-tracked based on looks and not talent, yes b*tch I'm not misogynistic, just intelligent. I'm really more of a feminist. * +

It is not necessary to be in STEM to be a pilot ..and looks don't come into it anymore than they do for a guy ...
More importantly is a culture of not encouraging women to realise being a pilot
In education and within the family ...
It now costs 100,0000 pounds to be a pilot ,families are much more likely to finance a son (future provider) * +
