And I used to have the latest phone. Now I have lost the magic. Especially as they are 1500 quid now. I have grown out of it all. Still using the note 10+ that I pre ordered years ago. Great phone * +

The bloat used to be far worse then slowing the phones down. Now you dont even notice that anymore. Looks a lot cleaner too these days. * +

Got 4 years out of my s8. Then the battery started to give in. S20 i only used maybe 1.5 years before the screen size started becoming a problem. 2 years almost on the s22 ultra. Planning to squeese at least 5 years total out of this. The prices are going crazy. I remember when the flagships were around 400eur or so with the nokia n series. Even the galaxy s3 was like 600. * +

Damn i miss pure android. Had a custom rom on my galaxy s3 at the end that made it a lot faster than the bloated old samsung skin . Think the current phones are locked anyway now. * +

The upgrades are a joke too. s22, 23 and 24 basically have the same screen still. More nits of brightness The screen i have i keep at 50percent anyway. There is no exciting innovation going on anymore. The old nokia days were exciting. * +
