What sleep position helps you fall asleep. Do you listen or watch anything to help you fall asleep?read a book?listen to whale noises?

I sleep on my left side, usually 8-10 hours. My meds can pretty much knock me out so i can time when i'll be waking up. * +

On either side i aint fussy, get about 6-7hrs usually, i need complete darkness as well * +
