Just started in America, charged with 2nd and 3rd degree murder. Could get up to 40 years in jail. CCTV showed him kneeling on George floyd's neck for over 9 minutes despite him saying numerous times that he can't breathe. Shocking. Hope he gets a long time in jail * +

I hope he gets a fair trial and not a show trial. Jurors already mentioning societal pressure. I've heard one of the prosecutions first witnesses is also a BLM rioter. * +

That alone doesn't prove the case. It may end up being a big part of it, but in isolation without hearing further arguments in a trial it isn't enough at this time. * +

The dude is gonna be hung out to dry, in a show trial. Theres no way on earth hes gonna be found not guilty. Too many riots will happen if he is found not guilty. * +
