there should be some type of root cause, therapy to assist in getting to it is probably the steadier solution. * +

I've heard that having someone say ''calm down'' is very effective blink.gif * +

Ive spoken to a doctor today and they have recommended therapy, just so exhausted and want to sleep but too anxious. Its weird how my ability to cope has just vanished. * +

Have you tried white noise to help you sleep? There are loads of videos on youtube of things like rainstorms, but with a black screen so you don't get disturbed by the light (obviously play in fullscreen). I'll post a link to one if you want? Another method that can help is building a house. In your head, design your house but go into really minute detail, room by room. It works in the same way as meditation in that it empties the mind of all other thoughts, so whatever's causing the anxiety gets pushed to the back of the mental queue. * +

It's perfectly normal and more common than some would think.

They'll be a waiting list for most of the free options. Give the headspace a shot.

After the corona things over, consider Mentell. They're only for men and usually holding 'face to face' local groups (circles). goodluck.gif * +
