In theory it's free just leave a note saying what you want left and to whom. In practice then a solicitor will charge about 100 quid for doing the same thing. * +

I bought a kit for 150 it walks you through the process so you can fill it all out legally then all you need is a witness and a lawyer to sign it.. * +

I'm worried sick and totally disgusted with my sons i use the term sons loosely as some may know on here that I've recently lost my mum 1 of them tried 2 take over my role then because he didn't get his own way said that he's disowned me that's good as i don't want 2 know him infact I've blocked their mobile numbers * +
