I do that sometimes. Spaghetti bolognese isn't actually a thing in Italy, it was invented in the UK by an Italian immigrant chef from Bologna who opened one of the UK's first Italian restaurants. In Italy(particularly in Bologna) they'd call that a (spicey)Meat Ragu, or possibly a (meat)Arrabiata with mash. If you asked for Spaghetti Bolognese in Bologna they'd probably bring you Spaghetti with a simple fresh tomato sauce containing tuna, garlic and onions. * +

Nothing out the ordinary for T yet, but Fruit 'n' Fibre with VanilLa Yazoo was nice - tomorrow might be cauliflower, ham, sweetcorn, peppers, mushroom and chilLi cheese, maybe bit of pasta too * +
