Ive
Used garlic in cooking for years n years ,buy usually only into recipes and cooked straight away.
.
Recently ive been destroying the garlic hours before use , im finding that when mixed with some uncooked stuffs and left the destroyed garlic starts to change colour of itself and many other things irs touching to greenish colour , eating in its NEW green colour was like eating chili ,wasabe,or mustard way hotter than when before it was turned green dreamy.gif
