Been reading online it's a common thing occuring and most likely seems .
.
.
The sulfur in the garlic

(the very same stuff that makes your
breath smell garlicky after you eat
garlic or onions)

combines with trace ammounts of
copper contained in other foods (in some areas, even the water
has dissolved copper).


And turns green im guessing my Tesco's Baton stick bread had some trace copper in it ,
couldn't have been in the margarine as the garlic had beeen combined with that for a couple of hours with no green glow.

So Today's experiment (1.5 bulbs garlic) was same apart from adding generous ammounts of Reaper chili sauce.

.
Apart from obvious Red frim chili sauce ,,,,,there was No GREEN colour changes until after spread on bread until had warmed under Grill not Green today just ever darkening Brownness which only started after the grill reheating occured so its obviously the heat is a Catalyst tasted way better with the chili added. *
