more like caring to their practice income what would they have done if the woman just phoned them n said its at side of road in agony ,them arriving first are they responsible for its despatch fee? Coz seems that what happened to the woman ?? Or do they say

Is it Person who takes the injured domesticated animal in becoming responsible for its vets fees , wondering if its same for wild animals.

Sure its expensive for vets but what if that woman is skint so its ok that she gets fkd on for being kind.

If you bring an animal for treatment from a veterinarian, you are responsible for that animal. And that also includes the bill. Animals are not eligible for the NHS. * +

if i took a cat to the vets i would pay as i think the person taking it to the vet is responsible for it *
