I mean, I make the best of work, but it can be overwhelming at times. Its very demanding and I have so many responsibilities.
Work life balance sometimes is crazy. Im here and feeling like I NEED a vacation, just to be free of any positive/ progressive thought for about two weeks. Just to clear my mental clutter and return fresh... ugh. But I need to accrue some more days to make at least two weeks. Until then, I need a spa day including a sick day and a whole 3 day weekend to call my own. It might work then.
What do you usually do to destress from everyday adult life stressors? * +

I do some of those sometimes. Minus the gym, havent been to the gym in a while. Ive gotta find time at Nights probably. I so need like 30 hours in the day. I cant get it all done in 24 anymore. * +
