I saw some report on the drug spice,the people on it were flopped out on benches and laying down in the street. So why aren't these folk being arrested for being in that state in public? * +

If you were in that state due to alcohol you would get nicked. Why not when on spice? I don't understand the discrepancy in police attitude. * +

Yep. Still I don't understand how one person in that state due to booze would be arrested and seemingly on spice in that state not be arrested. * +

I'm sure some spice users do get arrested of course. It seems many are just left to flop about town centres whereas a drunk would be arrested. * +
