Tendonitis in my wrist,repetitive strain injury I was signed off work for a total of 6 weeks,the only cure is rest. Then physio to strengthen the tendons and surrounding area. Luckily it has not happened again,I couldnt even pick up a cup of tea without dropping it. * +
