I was getting off the M4 at Chiswick and as u approach chiswick roundabout under the flyover a tramp lives, i was in traffic and saw him, waved at him and said hi and had an unoppened bottle of water and showed him it asking if he wanted it (for free) , well i got nothing but a load of abuse and even called a c**t. Thats the last time I try and help him, he obviously has issues and should be taken off the street. Hes a nutcase.

Why would i want to give him a brush ? Is it the norm over there to give random homeless a brush wherever you are at crail? I apologize if i was being by giving them water but right now i cant afford to give away toilet brushes like candys.
