...as a discussion topic this will be a bit of a disaster, but I really wanted to share an hour special I heard on the radio this morning about Putin.

it concerns the experience of a guy who was the biggest foreign investor in Russia until he was deported and the total corruption in Putin's Russia.

it's a 45 minute podcast so that's why as a topic this won't work so well, but I'd suggest that you make an effort to download it now and listen at a time of your leisure.

the subject matter ties in fairly well with the current Ukraine crisis (in terms of the character of the man who has just signed a cease fire) and with the recent documentaries regarding Britain's policy of trying to attract the super rich to keep their money here in the UK..

Russia are giving me a different concern at the moment. ISIS have threatened them, and Russia have sat up.

ISIS or Russia? Two evils. But it's looking like they're about to come to blows - Russia wants to crush ISIS.

That's great. Because ISIS are a threat to the better options of the future in my opinion.

But if Russia crush ISIS, what next..?

And worse still, if they fail..? * +
