I like them hard boiled in sandwiches with a bit of Branston pickle. And,sometimes with a salad. I don't have them poached oe scrammbled on toast very often. * +

My favourite will be omelette..yum! love it with tomatoes, ham and cheese.

2nd will be scrambled eggs with toasted bread and cherry tomatoes..

3rd will be poached eggs.. with toasted bread and sprinkle of black pepper on it. * +
