What's your favour meat, to roast? Please refrain from sexual comments regarding roasting of meat, I'm cooking! What do you prefer? Mash or roast potatoes? What veg? Boiled? Steamed? Roasted? I'm on a mission this evening to show the boyfriend it doesn't take 5 hours to roast a bit of chicken and potatoes! Chicken is in, potatoes are peeled and waiting to be boiled... I had to cheat a bit with the veg though. Co op barely had any fresh stuff in so frozen all the way today. * +

A spit roast oops a mean a hog roast at the christmas markets with apple sauce yummy! But you cant beat beef with crispy roast spuds and a yorkie pud! * +
