take it back to the shop you bought it from and they should take care of getting it properly reset for you (I'm guessing). if you didn't buy it from a shop, you've most likely gotten a stolen phone and it's intentional that you are unable to use it, in which case tough luck, don't expect too much sympathy ! * +

How about ring the number (the actual owner of the phone) and just return it. Need more honest ppl in this world. No sympathy from me either. * +

You need to stop the iCloud launch daemons........but you'd need to know exactly what I'm talking about to understand where you'd start doing this and seeing as the phone sounds stolen to me your totally outta luck if your expecting me to explain the details. * +
