What phone are you using?...as the 5S isn't as yet compatible with winter board or anything else much(yet). * +

@s.mccel is right, dreamboard crashes on start up and winterboard does not apply themes... They both don't support IOS7. * +

Give the devs some time to work with the new jailbreak and I'm sure it'll not be to long before your iPhone 5 is compatible however folk like myself with the 5S 64bit system may have to wait a little longer as everything will need rewritten from scratch. * +
