No you don't, there is a way around it. I did it, you'll lose what ever you had saved to your last Pc but what's on your phone you can sync to your new Pc. It's quite complicated though, if you want to do it I'll help you * +

Ok i'm home, right first you need to download iTunes DB Cloner from here http://is.gd/iNTaB.Now go here and follow this guide, it's really easy http://is.gd/iNSFo. When it gives you your old Lib file copy and paste it into the DB Cloner and update. Thats it, all done. If you need any further help then let me know * +
