Yep ! Na3am , 3arabe is Arabic.....But how 3 represents Ayn and 7 represent Haa' (6th letter)..Just mirror 3 or 7 horizontally then they seem like the arabic letters in some way ! * +

mirror 3 only ! 7 will be the same..It's looks like the Haa' itself...Also we can use 6 to represent letter Taa' ( letter number 15) * +
