This mustve been in recent patch, as i never remember seeing this letter but At kaer morhen, getting wolven armor, there is a note on a skeleton..letter of apology saying something along the lines of to err is human, we all make mistakes, if something breaks we must fix it! we ask for forgiveness,evil is not what we do....signed C de P.R.

Finally got my level high enough on new game plus to start blood and wine other day.. On a quest now to find a statues test*cles 
Im about 6 hours in and barely even touched main quest yet. Really liking the skellige gwent deck too. * +

Did some test runs today and maxed it out in 4k screenshotting the info from afterburner

But those were ridicioulus setting lol everything maxed even hairworks aliasing lol getting console grade framerate But if you go tweak them reasonably you get around 50fps in 4k. In 1440p ultra i got stable 60fps on my gtx 1070. Its great to see my 4 year old i7 does not bottleneck on high rez especially. I did the tests in crowded novigrad. * +

@kenb2321 when you get your 1080 i am sure you can get 60 stable in 4k with hairworks off. * +

Went back to Blood and Wine and finished it, got a couple of side quests left that I'll leave for a while so can go back to playing it.
Great expansion and a bloody hard last boss fight but a great ending. * +
