they stopped making 5090s anyway. RTX Pro 6000 is the best card for consumer-enthusiast platform. Can always go for a B200 also

They delayed the super cards because of quadros. 3GB GDDR7 modules are scarse. The 5070ti and 5080 super were supposed to get 24GB. Delayed to q3 2026. Will be a hard time because of dram shortage. I grabbed a last set of 2x32Gb DDR5 for 230eur here. Went up to 600eur immediately. Originally i planned on getting 2x64GB, but those were already too high. Now i have 4x32GB and 2x16GB to juggle between. This might last til 2028 if the AI bubble does not pop. Nvidia pretty much took all the orders they could for there AI farms. * +

I ment to type RTx 6000 pro. I can get a tax free refurb from work for a half the price it is at retail. I mostly use my computer for real time rendering in 3Ds max and llm models but I need more cpu cores but dont want to buy threadripper its simply to expensive to run a home . * +

I'm lucky i grabbed some GPU's when they were cheaper. Have a 4090, 3090ti, 3090 and a RTX A4000 16Gb. Been running LLM's and doing comfy sh*t on them. Skyrim with Chim AI mod is hard to run otherwise with 3000 mods Have the 4090 doing the graphics, quadro is in there with it running text to speech. 2nd Pc has the 3090 ti and 3090 running the LLM's in tensor split. Wish i had gotten 1 more 3090 when they were cheap. 48GB of VRAM is limiting.Plan is to throw the 4090 in there once i get a faster gaming GPU down the line. Keep building up the VRAM. * +

Nice cards . The main reason Im buying the rtx pro 6000 is for its massive amount of vram . Some renders are running into 80gb plus vram usage which cripple the 5080 and everything becomes a slide show plus it uses ecc ram which is really helpful when a render can take hours . I have had a project render crash many times due to memory
I picked up a Mac mini m4 fully maxed out and still trying to get my head round Mac OS but this thing really is incredible for what it costs , * +
