brilliant the way it was structured. it had unlimited playthrus, n each time u restarted you could carry over bp points and such so that each time u restarted u could afford better gear n open up skills from the start. amazing gameplay too (for a psone game) developers should take another look at that game for ideas. or squaresoft should make a remake n bump up the graphics something chronic. Id buy it. * +

Watching ProJared play the original Parasite Eve on Youtube atm. I cleared this game at a friend's place back in 1999 or something. He had a modded ps1 and knew a guy who burned discs for like 20 or 40FIM (real games cost around 300 to 400 FIM at the time). Gave him a list and money and the next day he brought the stuff over lol * +

They fused with Enix in like 2003 or something. Fast Forward to now and they have released more than dozen games this year (2022) and they ain't stopping any time soon. They are one of the biggest dev/publisher of RPGs. * +
