Lego: The Incredibles on sale atm on Nintendo eShop for the N.S, but
the physical is going quite cheap new. 
Looks good.
And Lego City Undercover, but there's no physical for that anywhere.

The next sale is next month for Lego City Undercover.. Then two months after that.

The Legend of Zelda: The Breath of the Wild and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, even Super Mario Odyssey (although much further away), moving closer to home. (Won't bother with OLX)
Will have to see next month.
Can get a good deal anytime.
Just discovered Splatoon 2.

Many first party titles don't use much resources/SDXC space. They can be a +10GB games and they'll only use some hundred megabytes. * +

Super Mario Odyssey locally/physically 386MB , fully/digitally 5.6GB ... also the physical version is cheaper. Similarly TLOZ Breath of the Wild is 14.4GB digital and 947MB physical and again the physical is cheaper. Though most physical games do require patches to be downloaded, the time for their EOL is not yet. * +
