only for people who cant afford it or cant build a pc and go spend 700 quid on a pre built, then find out it cant play games cause its got a low end gpu, so then they buy another gpu only to find out there psu aint man enough. so by the time they done all this, they spent 1000 quid which would of built them a decent rig if they had done a bit of research. * +
