OREO DESSERT

INGREDIENTS:
20 Oreos (5 foil packs)
250ml fresh cream
1 caramel treat
3tsp cocoa
1 flake
2 finger kit-kat and any other chocolates to decorate.

METHOD:
Beat caramel treat cocoa
Beat fresh cream till stiff
Mix fresh cream and caramel treat
Crush oreos and place some at the bottom of your glass bowl.
Place some fresh cream mixture over.
And keep repeating layers +/- 3 layers

*must end with fresh cream as final layer decorate with your chocolate pieces and kit-kat on top

*NB this dessert is very tasty but also quite rich * +

Oreo ice cream

3 egg yolks
1 14-ounce can condensed milk
4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup Oreo cookies, coarsely crushed
2 cup heavy cream, whipped
Directions
In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks and stir in the condensed milk and vanilla. Fold in the crushed cookies and whipped cream. Pour mixture into a 9x5-inch loaf pan lined with foil. Cover and freeze for 6 hours or until firm.

To serve, scoop ice cream from pan or cut into slices. * +

Oreo balls.

Only 3 ingredients,

5 steps,
**Warning** These are very addictive melt in your mouth!!

Oreo Balls Ingredients:
1 package of Oreo Cookies
1 block cream cheese,softened ( i would say enought to mix with oreos and so can form a ball)
1 pack Cooking Chocolate (Hershey's Semi sweet chocolate chips the best)or a lekker local cooking chocolate

Method:
1. Place Oreo Cookies in a bag/blender and smash/blend until it is the consistency of dirt.
2. Mix the softened cream cheese into the smashed Oreos.
3. Roll the mixture into balls.
4. Melt chocolate in the microwave.
5. Cover balls in chocolate then leave to set in the fridge. * +

Baked Fish with a Creamy Cheese Sauce

Recipe serves 4-6

Preparation time 15 minutes

Cooking time 40 minutes

Ingredients

2.5 ml Curry powder

125 ml grated cheese

500 ml boiling water

250 ml Chopped spring onions

15 ml Margarine/butter

15 ml lemon juice

1 Pinch Robertsons Salt and Pepper to taste

500 g Fish fillets

2 sachets KNORR Classic White Sauce

500 ml Cooked rice

2.5 ml Robertsons Paprika

Method

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and set aside.

Melt margarine in a pan and add spring onion and lightly fry.

Prepare KNORR Classic White Sauce by adding sachet contents to a jug and pouring in boiling water.

Stir with a fork for 1 minute until thick.

Stir spring onions into white sauce and add cheese and curry powder.

Grease a baking dish and spread the rice on the bottom and lay the fish fillets on top.

Pour sauce over and sprinkle with Robertsons Paprika.

Bake at 200 C for * +
