Looking forward to it with a strange mixture of excitement and naked terror.. I mean I'll have to see it as the original's a Sci-Fi masterpiece which set the tone for dystopian futures throughout the genre, but I really can't imagine a sequel even coming close, and without Rutger and his brilliantly improvised 'tears in rain' speech, it could turn into a bog-standard run around/shoot androids piece of populist nonsense which disrespects its awesome legacy.

BTW: fans of the original should definitely check out Dangerous Days - the making of Blade Runner' a fascinating 2 hour plus documentary which is packaged with some DVD reissues of the Directors Cut. *
