It isn't, they got it wrong. The 15.7 billion figure is for future content expenses.

They could spend those billions on better content, some of the well most of the Netflix originals sucked the big one. I've found myself watching stuff I never thought I'd watch, like a show where carnies compete to make the best carnie snack and it's taken very seriously. * +
